Number 1 worry everyone has! Don't worry mine wont sit still either and that's part of the fun of everything! While working with a pet with basic obedience is easier Its totally fine if your pets not the top of the obedience class!  Just remember some poses take a skilled pup and we may not be able to recreate everything with every dog, cat or horse. Plus if we really can't get anything, you get your money back!  I work with dogs 6 weeks old and younger to silver seniors and all energy levels in between. 

I prefer it actually if we are on location, it keeps everyone safe and I have tricks to make that leash just disappear. I'm not a very fast runner so keeping dogs on leash and not running away sounds like a much better afternoon. 

In studio we have the freedom of 100% off leash activity! No collars in images as well.

Percy (my pup) has always been great at knowing when I'm taking photos, and relocating herself to the other side of the house. I have tricks to get the expressions and looks that really capture your pets silly or serious side. I don't mind working with those pups that want to avoid the spotlight. We take our time to get used to the experience to bring out the best in your pets. 

Some pets just are better at home, especially cats and senior pups so I will come to your home and create artwork of your furry friends in the place they are most comfortable. We will discuss all of the location details during our consultation.  I also travel to farms, stables, events and arenas. 

After our session, we will meet about a week later. At this time we will see all of your images, I'll help you to choose and design your final images and you'll place your order at that time. I offer wall art in form of framed artwork and canvas to showcase in your home on your walls. Display boxes, which allow you to collect images over time and change your display image as frequently as you would like. Albums which can display all of your images in one custom designed book. These are custom to each session and are a great way to preserve memories.  Digital files are also available to purchase.

The session fee is up to $100, but starts at $25 and I offer end of life session at no cost. 

Depending on the session chosen this includes the session time, about 60-90 minutes and typically 30+ images to choose from, and image retouching. We do multiple backdrops in each session.

Images start at $35, people spend on average $300. I offer digital file options, as well as beautifully printed artwork.

Who can be in the photos? Anyone! Your family, whatever breakdown that might be, high school senior photographs, children - they keep me on my toes just like pets! Or just do it for you and your fur baby to create beautiful memories to have forever! Your pup will get some glamour shots no matter even if it is a family shoot. 

What to wear - We will talk about this during our consultation, I promise I will take out the guess work.  

I also offer services for other pet businesses, which can help you stand out online and make your small business social media and marketing calendar shine.  That's you veterinarian, veterinary technician, dog groomer, or other pet business owner! We can get some adorable photos for your website, social media or to decorate your business with! Work with someone who gets your pet and your needs. 

My home studio is located in Sherrill's Ford NC, by appointment only.

Anything really, I haven't said no yet. Dogs, cats, birds, fish, rats, snakes, lizards, ferrets, horses, cows, ducks, chickens and other farm animals too!  Ok -I have to be honest- I don't like bugs!!  But I understand the love for all creatures big and small so just reach out if you have an exotic pet.
